Thanksgiving

We have been busy making turkeys and  learning about the first Thanksgiving. It was wonderful to meet with you and to share all the children's work during our conferences. I am thankful to be your child's teacher this year. I hope you all have a very blessed and joyous Thanksgiving.

Fire Safety Week

We enjoyed meeting our local fire fighters and learning about fire safety this week.  We read stories about fire trucks and created fire truck art projects.

Hello October!

This was a fun week as we welcomed our new month of October. We learned about apples, how they grow and all the delicious things that are made with them. The children enjoyed making apple prints by using  apple halves and paint. We also began learning the beautiful prayer Hail, Mary. We practiced writing our names and wrote the letter Aa in our handwriting notebooks.
